My flowers have already dried out, can you still use them?

Yes! We can work with pre-dried, silk, artificial or fresh flowers!

How far in advance should I place my order?

If you have pre-dried flowers, you can place your order at any time. Orders take around 6-8 weeks to complete.

If you are getting married, we suggest that you inquire about your date 3-4 months before your date. As we only take 4 couples a week, our prime dates can fill up quickly!

There are two ways that you can save your date:

*Option A: Pay a $50 reservation fee. This gives you the flexibility to save your date but decide on exact keepsakes later. 30 days before your wedding we will touch base on your order and get the 25% deposit.

*Option B: Pick out your keepsakes ($125 order minimum) and pay the 25% deposit.

Do I have to dry out my own fresh flowers?

Have no fear, we will do this for you! We request that we get the flowers within 2-3 days of your wedding so we can preserve them while still in their peak freshness and most colorful. We will then take your bouquet apart and preserve each piece.

What happens with the flowers you don’t use?

That is up to you! If you would like them back, let us know ahead of time or we can dispose of them for you.

Do you accept clients from anywhere in the US & do you ship?

At this time, we are only serving couples within an hour of the greater KC Metro area. We ask that all floral is brought to us (in Lee’s Summit, MO) and we HAND DELIVER your completed keepsakes. We can ship completed keepsakes and all pre-made shop items.

How does payment work?

We require an order minimum of $125 for all floral preservation orders. 25% of your order total is due to save your date &/or start your order. The remaining balance isn’t due until your keepsakes are completed (about 6-8 weeks from receiving the flowers.) Once final payment has been received, we arrange/schedule the delivery. Payment can be made via Venmo, Quickbooks payment link, cash app, cash or check.

Do you accept returns?

Custom pieces and reservation fees are non-refundable.

Can I add onto my order?

Until final payment is made you can add onto your order. Please understand that additions will push back your estimated completion date.

Do you offer discounts for multiple orders?

If you purchase floral preservation and acrylic signs/gifts from us, you will receive 5% off each order!

We also offer a 5% military discount!

Do you have pre-made resin art?
