How does it work?
There are two ways you can go about saving your date & placing an order with us to save your flowers.
Option A: Pay a $50 non-refundable reservation fee to save your wedding date and then take your time making your selections! 30 days before your wedding we will touch base with you to narrow down which items you would like—25% deposit is due by the time we receive the flowers.
Option B: Decide on your items (make sure that your order has at least one Premier Keepsake and pay 25% of the total as your deposit—avoid the $50 reservation fee. (You can add additional items later.)
After the wedding.
After the big day you will dedicate someone to get your flowers to us (Lakewood—Lee’s Summit, MO) within 2-3 days max of your big day. Receiving the flowers that close to your wedding date allows us to preserve your flowers while they are the most vibrant and fresh! Make sure to keep your flowers in water until they can get to us.
Drying
Once we receive the flowers, we carefully take apart and dry the flowers in silica gel. Drying time varies from 1-3 weeks depending on the type of flowers. We will only preserve what is needed for the pieces you have ordered. If you are wanting to dry more flowers than needed, there will be an additional charge (varies on size of arrangement you’re wanting to preserve.)
Design
These are your once in lifetime flowers that you will cherish forever—we want you to have a say in creating the forever design that will sit on your mantle, shelf or in your office! For every Premier Keepsake ordered you will get two design options to choose from. Expect to receive your design options 4-6 weeks after you drop off your flowers.
Completion
Resin artwork is a very time sensitive project. Please allow a minimum of 3-5 months processing time for all orders. You can check on the status of your order anytime via email or phone!
Payment
Your 25% deposit is due by the time we receive your flowers to start the order. As we get closer to completing your order, we will reach out to you (about 2-3 weeks before your keepsakes are done) to remind you to pay your balance. Once the balance is paid, we will ship your pieces to you! (Local pick up is available as well.)
